For HOFSTATT Munich, sl design® developed a custom AI shopping assistant. The digital assistant answers questions about shops, restaurants, services, events and news, helping visitors find relevant information within seconds. Instead of navigating through different sections of a website, visitors can simply ask what they are looking for.
